Hi Guys, Yes, I just recently started using Google Alerts for staying up to date with the latest and greatest from the social media world and have now added my social networks as well. Very cool…Finally info coming to me, instead of having to chase it down on the internet somewhere.

Re: http://bit.ly/aUvtRk @shashib When I first started using Amplify, I created a special Google Alert to track if and how fast Google would find and index my Amplog submissions. After 48 hours, I didn’t get any g-alerts. Then, I set up a Posterous account and suddenly, the g-alerts on content published to my Posterous page showed up < 24 hours. I’ve connected my Amplog to my TWITTER, FACEBOOK, DELICIOUS, FRIEND FEED and DIIGO acounts as well but I’ve not seen any of these other social networks show up in my g-alerts, so my findings show that Google prefers my Posterous page http://jnferree.posterous.com/ than ALL of the other social networks that are currently available to us Amplify users.
